Job Title: Certified Montessori Lead Guide – Primary (Ages 3–6)
Aubrey Montessori, established in 2023, proudly serves families in Aubrey, Celina, Prosper, Little Elm, and Providence Village. We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Certified Montessori Teacher to lead one of our Primary classrooms.
The ideal candidate holds a Montessori certification and brings 2–3 years of experience in an authentic Montessori environment. The Lead Guide will thoughtfully prepare and maintain a structured, engaging classroom that fosters independence, concentration, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.
Key responsibilities include upholding the Montessori philosophy with fidelity, aligning with the school’s culture and values, presenting lessons across all curriculum areas, maintaining a normalized classroom environment, observing and documenting student progress, and cultivating respectful, collaborative partnerships with families.
The successful candidate demonstrates strong leadership, excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to Montessori education.
